Maps

The Lake Placid Land Conservancy recently developed a set of inventory maps of the Town of North Elba using geographic information system software (ARCGIS).  These include:

• Land Cover, showing areas of forest, farmland, wetlands, water resources, and development
• Natural Resources, showing geologic features, aquifer recharge areas, steep slopes, rivers, streams, and wetlands

Maps are over 2MB in size so please be patient as they load.
